3. Orders and Payment

5.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 (thirty) business days after the return is received and inspected.
6. Booking Beauty Services
6.1. Customers can book beauty services via the Website.
6.2. Bookings of any service require an advance payment or deposit.
6.3. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance will be eligible to reschedule the initial appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.6.4. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice given whenever possible.
